EFT evolved from Thought Field Therapy, the brain-child of clinical psychologist Dr. Roger Callahan. Jenny and husband Alan Cox are EFT practitioners in the beautiful English City of Cambridge. Jenny is proposing that Sunday 23rd April be designated “World Tapping for Freedom Day”. She invites everybody wherever they may be, to join her and other EFT practitioners to tap for freedom and thus bring about positive change. The event starts at 2.30pm BST. In simple terms EFT is a form of acupuncture, yet without needles. The tapping sends a minute charge down the energy channel, which then balances the body and resolves the problem.
