  • Five Benefits of Developing a Plan of Action
Developing a plan of action may seem unnecessary to many people. Some people may feel that everything they need is stored in their mind; therefore it would be redundant to create a plan of action. With most workers having way too much to do these days however, it is best to create a plan of action for each day, or for each major task. There are many benefits to creating plans for your tasks. These five benefits are some of the most important.
  • Get Motivated -- It Pays
Pain may sometimes be the reason why people change. Getting flunked grades make us realize that we need to study. Debts remind us of our inability to look for a source of income. Being humiliated gives us the ‘push’ to speak up and fight for ourselves to save our face from the next embarrassments. It may be a bitter experience, a friend’s tragic story, a great movie, or an inspiring book that will help us get up and get just the right amount of motivation we need in order to improve ourselves.
  • Say "No" to Get Things Done
Saying no can often be a very difficult thing to do. No can be a very scary word. It can cause an extensive amount of anger, damage to relationships, and an overwhelming feeling of guilt. No, though, is often a very important word. It can help keep you from over-committing yourself, which can cause stress. Stress only leads to poor mental health which can lead to all sorts of unpleasant things. Avoid over-commitment by using these five strategies to say no.
