Pain Relief Through Natural Remedies
By: Troy Porter

If you are suffering from specific and recurring pain in some area of your body, chances are it is possible to find pain relief through natural remedies. In this day and age, doctors will give different medicines one on top of the other when you come into their offices for pain. Pain is a very personal thing, and so they can never be sure that one treatment will work 100%. Pain is merely an indicator that there is a problem somewhere in your system. The secret is to discover the root of that problem, and to treat the root rather than just the symptom, and just covering that with a virtual band-aid! And this is all that most medicines ever do.

The FDA has not recognized vitamins and minerals as legitimate methods of healing, so somewhere on the containers you will find the disclaimer, “this product has not been known to provide, cure or treat any disease.” Natural remedies do not want to fall subject to the jurisdiction of the chemical world, so in order to remain independent and keep the natural products pure, that is added. But isn’t the best way to discover if the products are successful and helpful to hear the testimonies of those who have tried it. These are available with 99% of vitamins, minerals and herbs.

Here are some natural ways to reduce pain for different ailments that you can further investigate on the Web. Glucosamine, chondriton and Omega 3’s for arthritis and joint pain, bee pollen (a complete food in itself) and bee venom for arthritis and joint pain, and white willow bark and cayenne reduce pain in general. If the pain is in muscle tissue or outer area, a warm compress of apple cider vinegar (though it may smell) will help draw out the pain, as will a session of soaking in a warm/to very warm bath with Epsom salts daily. The salts actually begin to flow into your skin to release tension and pain. Many inflammatory type pains will subside when the inflammations go down. Getting into the habit of spending 15 minutes or so everyday just sitting and remain quiet. All these and many more will bring you pain relief through natural remedies!
