NobleOutreach’s EB-5 Investor Visa Program
By: Mathew DC

There are many people from all over the world who have always wanted to gain the United States Citizenship. It usually takes five long years to process the United States Permanent Resident Card, which is also commonly known as the green card. This identification card attests that an alien was already granted a permanent resident status in the United States of America. An easy option to obtain this permanent residency status has been dynamically promoted through the EB-5 Visa Program which had emerged more than two years after the devastation that Hurricane Katrina made on the Gulf Coast. This is an immigration program designed to help rebuild New Orleans.

This also paved the way to NobleOutreach’s EB-5 Investor Visa Program which was authorized by the US Congress under the resident visa program for foreign investors. NobleOutreach, LLC was also awarded an exclusive 30-year contract with the city of New Orleans for them to carry out all the financial and operational aspects of the city’s EB-5 investment activities. Under the program, wealthy foreigners and their immediate families can be given permanent residency if they invest at least $1 million in a commercial enterprise and thereby creating a minimum of 10 direct jobs in the process. But if these investors will opt to put in their funds in a specially designated “targeted employment area” or TEA, they can invest at least $500,000 and thereby creating 10 direct or indirect jobs.

The invested funds are pooled in the company’s two venture funds namely: the NobleRecoveryFund and the NobleRealEstateFund. This will allow the partners to vary their investment risks, share the financial rewards and benefit from the creation of jobs. It should also be noted that making an investment in New Orleans has a bigger risk factor than in putting your funds to a typical US city. Thus, investing $500,000 is at full risk but the resident visa application is not affected. In just four to eight weeks, an eligible investor can obtain a conditional green card thereby eliminating the lengthy processing from five long years to only just one to two months.
