You may check the online reputation of your travel agent by reading feedback or researching some time on the web. This will give you a brief idea about the travel agent.

· Do they provide any support during any emergency?
Most of the online travel agents do not provide support, when you encounter any problem in city break destination. Do ask you travel agent about the type of support they offer. There should be no ambiguity in your mind about the help & support offered by the travel agent.

· Hidden Fees
While booking a city break on the web, you may face a problem, which I will term as a Hidden Cost Problem. There are many travel agents on the web whose actual price is much greater than the price quoted for the city break. Be careful, you can be charged more than your expectations. These charges can be telephonic support charges, email support, postal support or anything. Ideally, a travel agent should not ask for such charges, but there are few travel agents, following this
